Has anyone noticed this? The pedestal should display the hidden artifact skin, but it doesn't. I checked the other specs and they do show the correct skin...
That was the hidden skin for Arcane early in beta, before it got changed to be the Sheepstick. Blizzard never bothered changing it for some reason.
