I use ExpressVPN. I think all the top ones are pretty much the same.

Yes but a VPN makes it hard to determine if you want that persons information. All you know is that his traffic is going throw another source. BTW Plex or Emby or Kodi can fix this problem with encryption which is just fine for me. Unfortunately Emby and Kodi don't seem to do this.
