Man steals cheeseburger, slaps victim at restaurant

    The Source

Police arrested a New Mexico man after he slapped a Shake Foundation customer and stole the person's cheeseburger out of his hands.

The Associated Press reports Anthony Frazier, 25, walked up to the victim and slapped him across the face before stealing his green chile cheeseburger and running away. Witnesses recall Frazier also having a belt around his neck during the bizarre attack.

Police found Frazier near the restaurant and arrested him for robbery.

It is unknown if he has an attorney.
Ok so if this was an In-N-Out burger I would understand taking it but it wasn't so I don't get it.

In-N-Out sucks compared to What-a-burger and this is coming from someone who has both chains to choose from.

You must never have tried a sweet-n-spicy bacon burger from What-a-Burger, or the a-1 thick and hearty.

    stealing his green chili cheeseburger

    That sounds tasty.

The article has the word "Chili" misspelled as the country "Chile".

My best friend, who lives in SoCal, told me that nothing beat In-n-Out until I got him to try those 2 burgers. They are very filling and extremely delicious. Now, the sweet and spicy is his favorite burger. He even makes the occasional weekend trip all the way to the DFW area of Texas to visit and get some more of those 2.

If it was In-N-Out I would pay someone to take that overrated crap off my hands. And this is from a native Californian, I will never understand the love for it.

"Chile" is the correct spelling in New Mexico, the "chili" spelling is Americanized from the Spanish word.

By the standards of some of the posters here, we should just assume he was cosplaying as "Can Haz Cheezburger" cat.

That is a disorderly conduct, not a robbery.

Robbery requires stealing something of value.

    That burger does sound tasty.

I tried In-N-Out when I moved to San Diego.

I only went once. The burger was awful, but I don't eat onions, so their Animal-Style wasn't my kinda burger.

Five Guys is far better. Hell, I'd prefer Wendy's over In-N-Out.

I'd kill a man if they tried to steal my Whataburger burger.

btw, we pronounce is Waterburger here in Texas

How would Whataburger compare for someone who didn't like In-N-Out but found Carl's Jr tolerable?

Should I give it a go when I'm next in the Lone Star State?
