If they follow the same principle as other Nighthold and Tomb, it'll be a week after Blizzcon, but that would make no sense, if they released storylines of end-Argus a week ahead of Antorus opening.

Patch will drop Nov 14/15 (since that's 11 weeks after 7.3). But as has been mentioned in this thread, no way they're doing general raid release on the 21st due to American Thanksgiving. Normal/Heroic being pushed to the 28th makes the most sense if Blizzard is using any type of common sense regarding holiday schedules.
Yes, but NH/ToS both came out a week after 7.1.5/7.2.5 which is why I mentioned Nov 21st (one week after 14th, 154(77*2) days of ToS). I agree with you that they might make the exception this go around due to poor timing on raid releasing that week though. November 28th seems much more logical.
8 hour maintenance this reset, might be that the patch lands this week already, doubt it though, but who knows.

They'll drop the raid on the 8th or 15th (eu).
Thanksgiving doesn't really matter as long as it doesn't require any involvement from Blizzard employees (meaning as long as the patch and raid doesn't launch that day, it's not really an issue for them).
The release of normal/Heroic matters a ton to their CS agents and anyone on the technical side who has to monitor stability during launch week. It's not something they just flip a switch on and forget about given the larger number of players that experience it compared to Mythic.
It also won't be the 14th/15th because no Legion raid has launched the same day as its patch.
EDIT: Just noticed the extended maintenance. Peculiar if it doesn't end up being the patch. A 14th release would then be on the table (though it would technically be early since the raids have been 22 weeks apart and 14th release would be only 21 weeks of ToS).

Antorus & Argus finale are already known. Blizzcon will most likely focus on the new features/locations of the new expansion. Once they announce the title(be that South Seas, or Void or whatever), they can provide us with a lot of demo gameplay without touching the main storylines.
True, however, there's not going to be a story chapter this time around before the opening of Antorus, the story chapter comes after killing Argus where we'll be sent to Silthius and then we probably help contain the wound or seal it until the prepatch happens. I think the patch is going to land a few week before Antorus, but yeah 28th of November seems like the most logical Antorus date, it's a similar time line with Highmaul (2nd of december).

I think we'll get a cinematic related to the wound on silthius and they'll build from that towards the next expansion.
Although it's a bit weird because theoretically it didn't happen in the game yet.
ITs only known for those who read spoilers and watch youtube vids of PTR content. Im not one of them. And I'm sure there's many others, which will probably be the majority of players.
They said they will give glimpses into how the storyline progresses post-argus, thereby spoiling end-argus themes.
100% has to be 7.3.5 on the 14th with the raid on the 21st. It would make sense sticking to there 77 day schedule. It makes sense from a marketing standpoint also. Announcing new Xpac, while hype is real give something for returning players to be engaged in. I get that its over some holiday weekends but it has never stopped them in the past.
7.3.2 is out, 8.0 is on the background down loader for PTR, every indication is there for them to release on the 14th. Nothing is certain of course but if i was placing bets it would be the 14th.
Odds are there isn't even a 7.3.5 patch with the way they've disrupted their cycle by stating they're not doing a full patch for balance pass.
Antorus on the 21st would still be hitting the "22 weeks since last release" schedule but they have never released a raid the same week of a holiday and I don't see them starting this time. The closest they came was Firelands, which was released June 28th in NA and Independence Day in the US was the following Monday. (ToS Mythic did overlap Independence Day, yes, but Mythic affects such a minority of players compared to the regular raid release that they probably didn't care.)
Week after BlizzCon, guaranteed. It's one of the announcements they'll make after the expansion stuff.
Sooooo, 7.3.5 on ptr "in a few weeks". Sounds like we'll be stuck in ToS for quite a while -_-
