Angry, crazy, old man hangs onto front of moving school bus and bangs on the hood, demanding that the bus driver let him in, because a bottle was allegedly thrown from the bus and hit his car. Apparently Florida man has decided to relocate to Maryland.

That's why in the civil world we have insurances - make a photo, get a confirmation from the bus driver and there is no need for anyone to feel like the victim goes nuts and runs amok. No reason to figure the culprit to make him and his family bleed.
