- Level cap reduced to 60, and max level characters are reduced to level 50. You can level your character from 1-50 whereever you want, updated with the Legion system.
- This is a race expansion and gradually we get new customizable options for our character, including new scars, hairstyles and dances. After a large campaign we can decide our subrace (3 options per race).

This is pretty much a combination of the shit that has been thrown around with the "OMG LUL LEVELS TO HIGH TAKE EM DOWN" spin on it. they're not gonna drop down in levels. they'll only do a stat squish.

however if they were going to scale all zones in azeroth, it would make somewhat sense for a lvl scale, but still dont think itll happen

the question is, historically the real leaks have been really close to blizzcon, the ones we have have been quite early, so the question remains, has the real one been leaked early or are we to expect a new one closing on into blizzcon to be the real one lol

What would be the lore reasons for a lvl decrease. Also shoulda used that for your "leak" of legion would have made slightly more sense to have done it at 100 instead of 110.

I can just picture a Draenei going through some heroic campaign to become a Krokuul (broken)
I seriously doubt races switching into sub-races will be a gameplay mechanics such as questing or barbershop related, kind of defeats the purpose of not being exactly the same race and also blocks blizzard off a lot of potential race change money
