Naga Trinity scroll wheel problem.

So I have recently bought a Razer Naga Trinity to replace my old Logitech g600, but there is a mild annoyance with the scroll wheel : I have scroll up and scroll down bound to 8 and 7, respectively. 8 being an interrupt spell for any class that has one. For example : if I scroll down 6 steps, it register only every other step. Sometimes it registers every step, but after a few scrolls it goes back to skipping. I have tried everything, from reinstalling Razer Synapse app, to upping scroll speed in windows settings, testing the mouse on different computers or USB ports ( problem still persists), trying the mouse with only the generic driver, you name it. I haven't had this problem even with the cheapest mice you can find. Did anyone had a similar experince ? Is there a solution or should I just return it ? I know I sound whiny, but I;m dabbling a bit in PvP and a missed skill/ interrupt can be the difference between winning and a corpse run.

Yeah just return it. It is a warranty issue.
