They don't even allow any ongoing discussion about it, after they state something like 'everything is fine' the threads get closed, every single time.

I'd at least start deleting them if I could, but we actually don't have moderation powers outside our "jurisdictions."

Perhaps that rule needs to be changed. Then some more preventative measures can be taken.

I've never seen MMO-C get hit this hard by spam bots posting gibberish.

I think every mod should have the ability to delete threads regardless of jurisdiction.

and if any mod abuses that right then they should lose mod status.
