Fake. A true Bjoramier expansion would get a reduced lvl cap, instead of an increased one. To properly display the descent into madness while playing.

I thought the foreshadow was clear. The void itself becomes slaved by mysterious and black magic, unleashing their armies onto Azeroth. Some "outer-being" is attacking the whole Dimension and only if all races and the void come together and ally to fight it of it can succeed. And all hear the horrific and insane chants of some regular people. "Hail Baba Ji, Hail Baba Ji"...
