If they turn High Elves into Void Elves they can fuck right off.
No. He didn't.Happy two weeks until BlizzCon, everyone! I’ve covered several previous datamining clues towards expansion seven in these past few months, and unless something huge happens, this should be the last one. On MMO-Champion’s “Official Patch 8.0 Speculation thread,” a list from the game database was uncovered that could point towards four new (sub)races being added in. What are these potential subraces?
Not really a fan of Lightforged Draenei. They should just be extra customization options. Broken should be the draenei "subrace."
So just the eyes, you think they're going to put a race that is exactly the same with two different eye colors in the game on two opposing factions? Tell me more.
There isn't, but they are the same race so that doesn't really matter. Why would they add High Elves again when they're are for all intents and purposes in the game already.
It's possible though that when they created all these non-playable races that just left over “CreateScreenFile” and “SelectScreenFile” columns when they copied the entries for Tauren, Night Elfs and Blood Elfs... as you can see that the ID's for the char screens correspond.
I mean srsly, I don't think "Void Elfs" and "Lightforged Draenei" are going to be new playable races. Those are probably just non-playable races being utilizied in the upcoming Anthorus raid and that's really it. It would be srsly boring and lazy from Blizzards side though if those are actually new races.
All in all, those "leaked" things point ONLY towards trash mob NPCs in Anthorus, that's it.
Like... Pandaren? Lol
There is nothing to differentiate them from each other, so by your logic, High Elves would be better suited to be available to both factions because a different eye color is at least one difference.
Are you telling me that if a race is exactly the same on Alliance and Horde then it is ok to put them on both factions, but if one has blue eyes and one has green eyes then it doesn't work anymore? What logic is that?
Cause they're no available for Alliance. People want them on the Alliance side.
I mean the whole point of subraces is that there are minor differences in appearance. Like Tauren with moose antlers. Are you telling me they could add Tauren with moose antlers, but not Blood Elves with blue eyes?
