Would I benefit more from single core boosting or all core boosting?

Title says it all. I have i5 7600K CPU overclocked @4.7 with 1.3v.

How would I go about doing all core boosting? How can I know this?

Well, how did you overclock it in the first place? The settings are usually there to decide that. You can use CPU-Z to determine what its actually running at.
