Warrior arms need help

Hi guys, i come back to wow after 2 years. I only play pvp, to be more specific RBG, but my dps is very low and I wanted a help, here my char ( Rpzdia - US - Ragnaros ). I need help in talents and some other rotation.

Warrior has one of the lowest dmg, if u would be top in dps then that means your teammates are bad
