Do 6p nerfs make it worth not running atm?

I didn't notice the nerfs to t19/20 were already live until yesterday and was curious if it was still optimal to run it? I find it weird they already nerfed it when the tier isn't even over.

it still sims highest for me ,,,

however Chest + Bracer is only 10k less dps for me

and u need around 14% haste to fit 4 RSK into serenity now

I'm assuming 14% haste with bracers? I do not have them yet so just wanted to double check

Yes but i believe its not possible anymore due to the T19 nerf

t19 isnt worth unless you have 955 ish, even 4p t20 might not be worth depends on your other gear
