Seat of Triumvirate High M+ guide?

So i was "blessed" with 17 key for this this week and i have done it only on +0 and heroic for quest, is there any video guide (pref from tank pov) for pathing, trash abilities and small hacks?

These new M+ guides on Wowhead look pretty good. I haven't actually used them much yet, but feel like I should. Someone put a lot of work into them.
