Raid lock outs

So i am spamming some old raids for mounts.

Mogu'shan Vaults for example.......i clear 25m HC then reset to 25m Normal and go back into the dungeon to find i am back half way through a cleared instance that has reset itself back to HC.

Am i doing something wrong here?

Just do 4/6 on 25N, create your group finder auto invite, join and kill boss, switch to the next character and hit 'reset all instances'. Rinse and repeat.
