Rating per win

Hey all,

Last time I played arena properly.. In MoP.. I used to get 90ish rating per win, even above 1800 if my MMR was decent.
Now I am lucky to get 20 rating.

Why is it 5 times less than it used to be? Was this a conscious decision by Blizzard?

I can assure you as a very very active mop player that your memory fails you, you never got that type of rating per game anyhwere above 1500

Isn't it in Warlords that they limited to around 20 the increase in rating no matter your MMR to make boosts and pilots last longer ? I remember in Warlords season 1 getting 2k for the looks in not even 50 wins since I didn't get any title.

Cause I remember capping to 2.2 in MoP in like 50 games because I had like 2.3 2.4 MMR

I am pretty sure it would had to of been after MoP.
I could of sworn playing less than 30 games to get to 2.2k in both Cata and Mop... I'm pretty sure I have a distinct memory of it.

Is it really because of pilots? Did Blizzard ever say why?
