First own PC build for gaming in 4K

I want to build a PC mainly for casual gaming. Most of my time I will be playing League of Legends, which isn't very demanding, but I will be playing other single player games casually, like Assassin's Creed Origins (as an example). I like to play them at high settings with the best graphical experience possible, but still smooth game-play (no stuttering, etc.)

I just purchased a 4K monitor and would like to play in 4K as well, but if my GPU (currently a single GTX1070) cannot handle it, I'm willing to play in lower resolutions (1440 or 1080). Eventually I want to SLI my 1070 so I can run 4K in 60 FPS. I'm not sure if that is viable or if I'd need a 1080 SLI setup for that.
My budget is about 1500 euros in about 4 months. If necessary I'm willing to wait a little longer till I have enough to build the PC I really want.

I live in the Netherlands, but Germany has Amazon and I have family there who could be willing to purchase products for me if it is significantly cheaper.

Update 18/11: I made a few changes. Added the 1080 Ti, upped the RAM to 3000 MHz, changed PSU from 850 to 750.

I have doubts about the CPU, I want something that is future proof, but I don't want to overshoot either.

Finally, I have no clue about the motherboard and PSU. I just picked something that looked compatible and was recommended. I looked at how many slots it has for RAM, PCI slots, etc. but I still have a feeling I don't really know if there are better (cheaper) alternatives.

Get ~3000mhz RAM as a baseline, RAM performance has pretty big performance impacts in some games

What do you have currently on hand? PSU, motherboard, GPU?1070 is not fit for anything remotely demanding in 4K, and SLI is not really an option, I suggest selling your 1070 and getting a 1080/1080Ti.

I currently only have the GPU. Some people did also recommend getting the 1080 ti and I will be getting that and selling the 1070.

My current setup is pretty outdated, so motherboard is not compatible with anything recent: Asus P8P67 with i7-2600. My PSU is decent but I can already hear the fan rattling sometimes, so I think it might not last more than a few months. Basically, 6 year old PC which was pretty high end when I bought it.

Did you already have Assassin's Creed? I'd point out that the ASUS GPUs bundle it with their cards, but only for the next few days.

Get Windows from Kinguin. I suspect you can get at least 300 for your 1070, so your budget should be around 1800 EUR. Obviously ideally you go with a combination of those, but that's going to be far beyond your budget, so I suggest going with #1.
