I want to build a PC mainly for casual gaming. Most of my time I will be playing League of Legends, which isn't very demanding, but I will be playing other single player games casually, like Assassin's Creed Origins (as an example). I like to play them at high settings with the best graphical experience possible, but still smooth game-play (no stuttering, etc.)
I just purchased a 4K monitor and would like to play in 4K as well, but if my GPU (currently a single GTX1070) cannot handle it, I'm willing to play in lower resolutions (1440 or 1080). Eventually I want to SLI my 1070 so I can run 4K in 60 FPS. I'm not sure if that is viable or if I'd need a 1080 SLI setup for that.
My budget is about 1500 euros in about 4 months. If necessary I'm willing to wait a little longer till I have enough to build the PC I really want.
I live in the Netherlands, but Germany has Amazon and I have family there who could be willing to purchase products for me if it is significantly cheaper.

Update 18/11: I made a few changes. Added the 1080 Ti, upped the RAM to 3000 MHz, changed PSU from 850 to 750.
I have doubts about the CPU, I want something that is future proof, but I don't want to overshoot either.
Finally, I have no clue about the motherboard and PSU. I just picked something that looked compatible and was recommended. I looked at how many slots it has for RAM, PCI slots, etc. but I still have a feeling I don't really know if there are better (cheaper) alternatives.
