PvP Talent has the same Name as an Item - Macro Switcher does not work

I use this macro:

#showtooltip
/use [pvptalent:5/2] xxx; [pvptalent:5/3] yyy

Problem is that yyy is also the name of an item so instead of the talent I see the item in my spellbar (the only way to circumvent this atm is to switch honor talents after I entered pvp back and forth...).

How can I fix this?

Use /cast instead. Use and cast are interchangeable, but cast should go for the spell first.
