    Putting down the fork!

How come people say, "Time to put down the fork" when binge eating is a recognised eating disorder?
People with bulimia binge, they just vomit it out after, but binge eaters don't.

how does the one thing have anything to do with the other? "put down the fork" just means "stop fucking eating so much".
