It looks like the new NPCs that sell the new items are not all in place on the PTR build. The next build should have the new NPCs that have these items for sale.

They're not part of a set, we can't get the IDs.

Also, a few Hyjal loots are available, including Cataclysm's Edge (sword from Archimonde). Maybe the GM didn't even use the arena weapons because he didn't know the IDs either
