BT and Hyjal attunement done is a big + (ssc and te should not be any major updates for your gear we do NOT raid these instances very often)

Teamspeak 2 + Microphone is required

You can take jokes. You must have a high 'abuse tolerance' - if you're a sensitive person, Spawn is not for you.

You must be prepared for Every. Single. Raid. This means you should have the required consumables for said encounter, be repaired, and arrive on time.

As a Warlock you must be able to do AWESOME dps ! Also you need to be kickass at dealing with crowd control. Summoning people and making soulwells is your ultimate passion and goal in life.

As a Healer: Your so holy u heal long time !! (Paladins: buffing the whole raid like 300 times is no problem for you)

As a Feral Druid you MUST have a decent Dps and tanking gear! resistance gear is a big + here.
