    Question About Silent Resolve in the disc Priest tree

    I just noticed it, but does that 20% reducing chance your spells to be dispelled, includes dots? Cause if it does that will be awesome for a pvp shadow like me. Also on some forums ppl said that it's broken and it doesnt work as intended

    I believe a blue reported about it when it got changed. It does affect Dots and Hots of yours, that is.
