What healthbar/castbar addon is this?

I'm talking about the 2 bars on the Sunfury Magister mob, one is a healthbar it shows name and level and one is a castbar of fireball.

Which addon is this?

uh aloft?
thats a mod that modifies the nameplates, and im pretty sure it has a castbar funtion in it.

Question about Aloft. The bar only seems to be displayed when I'm near an enemy (within 20 yards or so), how do I change it so that the bar is displayed from far away?
