anyone know the full list of addons that ELVUI uses?? iva had a fukk full of elvui and reloading my ui every 5 mins cos its a buggy pile of crap ;p so im goin back to blizz ui but would like a list of easy to configure addons for stuff like buffs/debuffs etc. thx

You might be using a wrong version. If you downloaded a MoP version and are trying to use it on live, that might be the reason you're seeing errors.
As for individual addons, ElvUI and TukUI aren't compilations made up of various addons. Every mini addon within them is specifically coded only for that UI so they can't be extracted as separate addons. You can find on wowinterface similar looking UIs that are compilations and use that instead if that's what you want.

That's one of the ElvUI configurations. You can make similar layouts using popular unitframes like pitbull and STUF but it needs quite a bit of tinkering. There is no premade layout that's exactly the same. The closest would be getting oUF and one of somewhat similar looking layouts:

My buff addon Raven, Masque doesn't seem to work with it properly. I want to make black borders, but for some reason, after I alter the settings, it would change back to it's whitest/brightest setting. This only seems to affect the borders.

What I want (Ignore weird gloss, was messing with the settings to see what changed and what didn't)

What ends up happening after the settings change back to it's whitest/brightest settings for no apparent reason

If that can't seem to be fixed, I want to get a Masque theme with simple, thin, black, square borders.

Edit: I tried using Fonter but I can't seem to change the fonts on Tidyplates (nor is there an option in tidyplates to change fonts) Any ideas?

I am looking for the name of a UI addon (Action Bar/Artwork) that I had used in the past for a small amount of time.
The best I could do is draw an MS paint picture to try and discribe the addon that I am looking for.

The addon's artwork bar had rounded unit frames and was primarily Greyish-Black and Black colored bar. The texture of the bar resembled this helm.

Upon logging into wow today i attempted the add the Jewelers setting to my new 425 JC, only to find that Reagent Restocker, was seemingly hulled out, re-DL'd it from curse but to no avail, I tried searching curse through theyre little panel in the updater but....its not like google, cant put in keywords and get results. SO i now appeal to the learned Addon masters here, i just need basic control of reagents/items i want to auto stock, different items for different toons not just reagents for class but for professions too so, needs to be a little flexable but not a pain to set up, Any suggestions o learned ones?

What do you mean by hulled out? Latest update was pretty recent and there is one report of error with latest version. If you're having errors or it isn't loading, maybe you should drop a word to the author?
Also, you can always go back to a previous version it the latest one isn't working for you:
