Shaman 25man Specs

Can anyone shed some light on what is the most effective DPS shaman spec..I'm the only person in my guild who has a 70 shaman so there really isnt any help on that front. Right now I'm Enhancement but I don't want to waste the time and effort respecing/gearing to Elemental if it won't be better.

I'm an Elemental Shaman & let's just say that at the end of our raids, whatever group I'm in, generally has the top 3 of 5 spots due to what I bring to the table. Unless I'm in the healer/support group, then not. You don't want to post damage meters when I'm in the mage/lock group

what buff do Warlocks and mages in youre group bring you?

I prefer BM hunter and Moonkin group and Spriest for the mana

As a shaman you are not a primary dps class, you are a support class.

You are there to buff EVERYONE ELSE'S dps in your group. Talk to your guild/raid leaders/dps classes and decide amongst yourselves wether you think you need as a raid to improve your melee or caster dps. Altho imo if you do not have a current enhcancement shaman, stay enhancement and allow the melee to dps the dps they deserve with WF/AGI totem twisting.
