Yeah, why not, but redoing the template of the site would take a lot of time and it's not the #1 priority.

2. New forum ranks.
Why not, but I'm afraid it would bring more spam, to be honest I nearly did it at some point and it's been almost-done for 6 months

3. Rewarding contributors
That's also something I plan to do at some point, I just don't want to rush things because it's easy to make it very unfair.

No, it should be a reputation based system.
As you can only earn rep via good posts, there should be less spam.

how about making it possible for every member to rate every post (say from 1-5) and then give titles based on the overall score of that members posts that he obtained from other ppl voting (sorry if it makes no sense, im pretty bad at expressing my ideas in english )...but if u do understand what im trying to say, then it would make a lot of difference, cuz u would immediately know wether a person is a forum troll or just trying to give out good advice.
