What addon is this (caster graphics huge size)

Sorry to provide a video, and a lengthy one at that. This is part of the popular "I suck at PvP" series.

The mage is using some kind of addon that shows huge graphics on his screen when cast (blips of Ice Barrier Icon's huge sized, large debuff icons over his unit frames and at 22:50 a huge caution image indicating hypothermia).

What add-on is that? it rocks

Sounds like a combination of Power Auras and Ghost Pulse.

It's actually an addon called CooldownTimers, you can find it on curse. I use it on my priest and it's really useful.
