Seal of Command only has a chance of proccing on the first extra attack from Reckoning. Next to that your build makes very little sense. Thoughness? 2/5 Anticipation? 2/3 Imp. Hammer of Justice?

Yea,toughness for 10% armor,it helps imo some, then those antivipation and impr hoj because those are more important than kings.whioch i think is false and bevause i want that reckoning...still the porc attack would be nice

Ok, after much toiling and thanks to the change in talent point cost for PoJ and Vindication I've come up with this, should be perfect for pvp

I see no problem with this build (for PvP).

I'm not sure about is Fanaticism, which is normally skipped in level 70 PvP builds, but with Judgements doing decent damage now, I think it might be worth some points. Also, I'm not sure how good Eye for an Eye will be, but it sounds good. Divine Guardian also seems like it might be worth something (maybe dropping 2 points from Fanaticism or Eye for an Eye), but who knows.

Re: Ret Paladins, where you should put your points!

Righteous Vengeance is a mustheave. So I would prefer this build:

Fanaticism is also nice. But with the new seal of command (This attack will always be a critical strike if the target is stunned or incapacitated) and the reduced cooldown of hammer of justice you don't need these points in Fanaticism.
