Runeblade question?

Was wondering for those who have outgrown the first Runeblade given to you:


Is the Runeblade a new class of weapon, ie bosses dropping specifically runeblades? Or do you convert existing two-handers into runeblades via the forge in Ebon Hold. Thanks, haven't been able to find any information on this topic anywhere.

These will be normal weapons that you can buy from vendors or drop in instances which will be converted to a Runeweapon in a Runeforge (in Ebon Hold or maybe even somewhere else, dunno..) by the Death Knight

My question that was similar but not quite answered here--

Does this mean you can get a normal weapon, say

and forge the runes on it too? or convert it persay.

And I assume rune forging will work with the other weapons a deathknight can wield. or not?

Well after I went back and looked at the forging details, They say Your Two-handed rune weapon, or Your Rune weapon. Doesnt say it has to be a sword but that's only half of my question, still unsure exactly what you cane rune.

Hmm, might be though that you can only have one runeblade at a time, when you add runeslots to a weapon, you loose the runeslots on another.
