Penance is abit too fast for my taste, but I like the shiny bubble on aegis.

Also penance looks like its going to rock once the last rank are in place

Nope, still channeled. Some people rave about how useful it will be for going around pillars and other LoS, I say enjoy struggling to get a second off when you're slammed with a non-GCD interrupt. Spell is nearly useless at the moment.

Needs to run off the same treatment Arcane Barrage got.

Penance is fairly bad for PvE, I dread to think how bad it is in PvP. Nevermind getting easily kicked, just getting HIT at all makes this spell barely even tick once and you pay for it all straight away. If there is a pet on you this spell will do less healing than holy nova.

Penance might be good in those situations where you'd normally cast flash heal as it heals for more andonly costs a bit more mana.

Aegis looks very good, i wonder if the other shields will be changed to actually look like bubbles
