IF that is in fact correct, not only will we be able to avoid taking ER, but it would completely justify going arms tree just for this one talent - infinite rage pretty much.

The original improved Stormstrike talent gave a 1000 second reduction on the coodlown per point. Amazing considering it only has a base of 10 :P Originally Posted by seasonfour
