Just to say the majority of people willl not go enh/ele burst.... burst dmg is not the shamans problem its survivability when cc'd. People will go either enh with the spirit wolves.. or leave it out and put the points in resto... I am going enh/resto.. But the ele tree will be 20% better then before so i think ele shamans will be good in arena.
