Lowering my UI scale.

Im looking for some kind of addon that lets me lower my UI scale even more than 0,64, anyone knows of a thing like that?

Notice how it looks like Blizzards default actionbars, but still isnt

Looks like a modified Neal's UI. Check wowinterface

And about the UI scale, i doubt you can go lower then that
