    Resilience and mind flay?

    Does mind flay currently count as a DoT, and is its damage therefore reduced by resilience?

    After the crit change... will mindflay have reduced crit chance/damage from resilience, or will it have reduced % damage from resilience, or both?

    Most likely only the "reduced crit chance/damage".
