How to make Custom Borders

Hello guys i am trying to make my new Ui for my rogue atm

But i tryed to make custom broders but i realy dont get how to
do it.

I tryed to open Some custom borders from differnt ui's that i download
but i dont get how i make it in Photoshop


can any one help me how i make my owne

I would like some custom borders for my chat panels too. Some kind like wings, or swords or an angel or something like.
I have no clue how to do it in photoshop. I have given it a try but a failed tragically 8)
Any help would be apreciated ;D

Since my question is about the borders only not the whole texture.
The thing is I want to create my own Border line on my eePanels frame.

I want to make this awesome border which is square a pure white instead of blizzards transparented rounded shit.
I actually wanna know what Resolution I need to make such borders, how I should make the pictures since I know you need to "Paint" them in a special way to make it work later. Do you need to make layers and rgp aplha and such like creating textures to the chat frame unit frames?

Check out the custom borders with other mods such as ArkInventory or SharedMedia. SharedMedia even offers a way to use custom borders with ALL mods that allow you to choose a border style, and can "see" SharedMedia (such as eePanels and kgPanels).

SharedMedia do have a border pic but well I wanna kno why and how to do it, if I need to do something special instead of looking on the picture and dont understand a shit except I know the resolution ^^

I just wanted to know if there is a special pattern I need to make the lines, cause on ingame the borders are grey/greenbrown but when I open them in PS or Gimp they are black and white.

Open a border that's allready made, realise how it's done, and clone it.
