Shield Break...

I dont know if any1 else have allready posted this.. But I need some help here
This is what sheild break says "Break down the enemy's defenses, disarming any shield they have equipped or reducing the chance the enemy will block by 3% for 10 sec.
15 Rage, 5 yd range, Instant, 1 min cooldown"

How does this work ?!? is it 50-50 chance it will remove the shield or just make the enemy block less ?Or is it unfinnished by Blizzard? I would love if it just removed the shield simple as that for 10 seconds cus who can block without a shield ? :P

my guess is it disarms shield if target uses any and if not then it simply lowers block chance. latter applies to mobs only which can block without using shield

u cant block without a shield equipped ..

Players can't block without a sheild, but mobs can.

It's also possible that bosses will be 'immune' to this kind of disarm effect, thus making it a bit more useful in those cases.

3% block seems kind of cheap, mobs rarely block.

10 seconds for a 1 min cd, in a raid it could be rotated by warriors depending on stance requirements and such, if block is more present in wotlk. but this should definitely be a huge help in killing shamans and paladins. now if only bleeds weren't affected by armor.
