An interrupt? Sounds pretty feasible to me at least. Considering it definitely will not be further reductions to HoJ CD (30s with talents + the 4 piece would be grossly OP). I would imagine they will make judgments cause the interrupt.

perhaps they change the arenagloves , like them of rogues , causing our judgments to also interrupt a spell for 1 sec or something like that
