Let me guess, clicking on one mind controls a add so you don't need priests hard tactics this boss has. Money says the tactics are

Assign someone to each crystal
assign a tank to tank the other 2
Take it in turns tanking instructor rav with the mindcontrols while dps kills him and heal the adds.
Hope he's dead.
collect loot move on

No chance of resists on mind control any more

I would say a good guess lol , they are all about raiding the content even if you don't/can't have the right class composition

Some would say this is a bad thing, but not having a priest for MC in a 40-man is much less likely than not having a priest in a 10-man. I don't know about you guys, but I don't want to have to skip raz every time there's no priest.

I like that they are making LK fights independent of raid setup. Not being able to do certain fights because you don't have enough of a certain class gets really annoying after a while.

Isn't that basically the same strat as the 40-man version, just with 2 less apprentices? In essence, just because the raid isn't dependent on priest MC that can be resisted, and there are 2 less adds the fight really shouldn't be much easier. Having only 2 adds instead of 4 should actually make it harder since you don't have as much leeway if an add dies. Also, taking 1-2 of 5-6 dps (I'm sure you wouldn't want healers on the crystals in the 10-man) out of the fight to control the crystals is more detrimental to dps output than taking 1-2 priests of 35-ish dps AND healers to MC the adds.
