Did we lose Improved shamanic rage

Where did our anti stun talent go. If we lost it on Shamanic rage give it back somewhere. Suggestions.

Make Unleashed rage reduce our chances to get stunned.
Toughness 10% duration on movement reduction affects is worthless if we have spectral transform, so maybe that can reduce time or chances of getting stunned.

I dont mind no realy CC (not sure on hex yet), but anti cc I do like .

Yea we lost it about 3 builds ago I think. The very next build after they put it in they took it out.

Stun duration decrease would be nice and yes movement impair reduction is going to be worthless.
