    Have they nerfed Seal Of command Coefficients ?

    A few people I know in beta say that they have silently nerfed the SoCom coefficients , now it does half the damage.

    Haven't noticed much of a change either, and reading the numbers of CombatStats I can't say I'm seeing much of a difference.

    yeah i see a big reduction. My normal judgements were 1.2-1.5k now only800-900
