yea its beta, but as of now it doesnt seem like they really know what this spell should be used for. quite a fail 51 pt talent if you completely ignore the remaining 50 points in that tree when you use the spell.

Chaos bolt seems to scale really well for its cast time from what I have seen. I believe it can be added into a rotation as long as it does not consume one of your haste charges from conflag.
