Well they use a service http://www.doubleclick.com/ to run advertisements. Believe it or not most websites don't sell ads, but sign up for ad services like doubleclick or google ads that try to pick advertisements that they feel would best work for your site. Sometimes weird things like breast enlargement or other things will slip through. Most services allow the site owner to ban whatever ads they don't want shown. Since ads are generally pay per click (PPC) there is no harm for the advertiser in letting a site remove an ad. Something like that breast enlargement ad would be consider a waste of a banner impression on a gaming site. A banner impression being whenever a banner (ad) is loaded. Some of the ad sites will charge the advertisers a price based on impressions and others on a PPC system. Either way I'd expect MMO-Champion to have it removed or it will likely disappear on its own when the advertisers see's lots of impressions and no clicks on the ad.

Long story short I'm sure MMO-Champion isn't trying to make any hints about the size of your boobies.

You can find out the destination of that ad by right clicking it and selecting "Properties". It should give you the URL it goes to.

What? I haven't seen any services that provide ads based on the viewers surfing habits. Ads are designed to cater to the visitor of that particular web page. It's not like I have a doubleclick addon that monitors my surfing habits and then adjust all ads I see from their network based upon my prior searches.

I'll keep my eye out for the boobie advert, but I'd actually be a little surprised if it showed up again.
