hit cap for raiding ret pallies?

hey guys, ive started doing more raiding on my retri pally, and was wondering if any of you knew the hit cap, or hit rating i should be aiming for before i can concentrate more on other stats. i went with a 5/8/xx build, so i have the extra 3% hit. any help would be great.

P.S anyone who says retri damage is terrible cleary hasnt seen a good one

95 with no other buffs
79 with a draenei in group (no shammy)
47 with an Oomkin
32 with a draenei in group and an Oomkin

With precision you need those values. 143ish if you dont.

p.s pallys can do decent dps but are so gear dependent
