A new type of items has been added to the game.

• These items are Bind To Account items, you can transfer them between characters !
• These items scale with level, a level 1 character can perfectly use it and stats will scale accordingly !
• In the current beta build, you can buy them with tokens from raid dungeons
• Shoulders will also increase your experience gain from killing monster by 10%

I guess since trinkets come very close after relics, glyphs and setbonuses with the difference that they have no class restriction they'll add them after some serious class tuning.

and @PowerHacker: The new Librams/Totems/Idols/Sigils look exactly like that in the beta, they all do the same thing with different names. They'll most likely be changed soon.

Trinkets are also on the vendors but they don't have any use/equip/stats on them at all.

theres bunch of items on the lower teir of 2 badge vendors with Tan(rather then green/blue/epic)names
the armor has +10% exp bonus from killing monsters on it ,and they all say "required level 1 to 80 (80)" when their being looked at by a lev 80 char, the stats on them are scaled to person wearing/looking at item

the dagger was 120dps at 80,so they arent scaled to be incredibly powerful, possibly like blues
their bind line says "binds to account"

so its something to spend badges on once you are done buying stuff for the toon w/ badges,and your still earning them like crazy

Alts - was my first though about BoA items.
Twinks - was my second... These items will fit perfectly for 19th level, as they are approximately blue quality tuned for whatever level you want. It will be way easier to make a twink (never depend on rare drops), but even harder for non-twinky characters in low BG brackets.

I REALLY hate the idea of the BoA things. This means you can go out, get these 10 items or so, and lvl from 1-80. No gear up grades, nothing to work too, no "hmm is this better than that?" You may as well just drop all gear untill 80, as you wont need it...

BoA Would work on none scaling items, but this way is quite frankly... stupid.

Yep,. it really depends how much they make it scale though, what sort of relative ilvl are we thinking of.
Perhaps it's scaled to be equal to green items, so that any blues and epics you find on your way will still be better for a short while.

If these BtA (Bound to Account - not Bind on Acquire) items can be enchanted with lvl 80 enchants though, hah, you'll still not use much other gear.
