Precision; How much hit we need now to cap?

I've tried searching for it, but didn't find what i was looking for.

As precision was removed from our talents, how much hit will we need to cap in PVE, it was 95 hit rating, with that talent. How much is it now?

Is it another 45-48 hit rating? So cap being 140'ish?

I'm not to sure on it, so i thought i'd ask so i know where to aim for the +hit while my guild continues to progress till WOTLK hits.

he said before wotlk hits while his guild progresses. i.e. patch 3.0 when he's still 70. number to reach for in hit is still 142
