    Talent damage multipliers

    Hey there! Wanted to ask about the bamage increase we get from AoW and RV. Let's say that a Paladin judges for C damage and crits for G, were C and G are done with all talents in retribution exept AoW and RV. How are multipliers (AoW and RV) affecting the actuall damage done?

    Would love to see a mathematical answer ;D

    regular crit mod is 100%. aka 1000 dmg crits for 2k total.

    aow and rv add an additional 45% aka 100% initial dmg +145% crit bonus.

    so 1k base crits for 2450 (1k + 1.45k)

    rv is really weak for 5 points imo.

    also i'm not sure if resil mods total damage ie 20% out of 245% or 20% out of 145% or even if its additivite or multiplicative.

    if its additive than its still ok for pvp

    either way these are best for pve

    feel free to correct or dispute me

    The thing that confuses me is that AoW increases Crit Damage done while RV increases crit Bonus damage done.

    I think it works like this, but Basutai is the dude to ask.
    1000 hit + 1000 Bonus Crit Damage = 2000 Crit
    1000 hit + 1000 Bonus Crit Damage = 2000 * 1.2 (AoW) = 2400 Crit
    1000 hit + 1000 Bonus * 1.25 (RV) = 2250 Crit
    1000 hit + 1000 Bonus * 1.25 (RV) = 2250 * 1.2 (AoW) = 2700 Crit

    assuming it is spell (thats another nerf, right?) why would you mult 1.5*1.25?

    is it not, at best, (.5*1.25) mult + 1 base? 1.625
    why would you ever take it in this form

    also
    as rv words it, it seems like a pure +25% to the mult. aka 1.5+.25 = 1.75.
    which is better but still not good

    i also think aow is pure addition as well for +45% total. i believe they should just check their wording

    either way, i'm too lazy to test. go ahead basutai?

    well i dont see how we'll be critting for 3x damage. white is well over 1k right now noncrit for 3k crit?. at 80 we should see well over 5k crits? this isn't even a double increase.....?
