Whose tanking Illidan?

With the changes to warrior's shield block, the only class capable of avoiding a shear is a paladin, I wonder if blizz thought this through....

Now, dont get me wrong, I've tanked Illidan as a T6 Prot Pally, its not impossible, and especially with the new changes he'll be easy enough to handle, but no tank other than a pally being able to tank a boss seems to go against what blizz is working for. I wonder if they removed shear with 3.0.2....

There was a blue post at one point where they said something along the lines of "...maybe Illidan will magically forget how to Shear..."

Does that mean that a druid can tank him too?

I am a paladin and i have no clue about the boss fight and no clue about Druids high lvl tanking, just curiousity^^.

Probably, considering Shear was the only thing keeping us from not tanking him, except for the fact that we make excellent resistance tanks.
