new Resto talent to fix all the problems!
I have enough of EA ruining great franchises and studios, forcing DRM and Origin on their games, releasing incomplete games only to sell day-1 DLCs or spill dozens of DLCs, and then saying it, and microtransactions, is what players want, stopping players from giving EA games poor reviews, as well as deflecting complaints with cheap PR tricks.
I'm not going to buy any game by EA as long as they continue those practices.

You know what? Sure, I'll support this as long as Dire Bear form becomes Feral talent and that healing is only applied to the final heal. Cause against classes without reduction of healing ( except for Paladins ) you're probably always going to lose no matter what you do.

I'm on the PTR and haven't seen anything about Empowered Lifebloom.
Are there still plans to add 'Empowered Lifebloom' into the resto talent tree or is it just a myth?

Sorry, but Empowered Lifebloom was a talent that was proposed by procne, not something that is going to be added, so no it will not be implemented.
