DS question

Ok when DS heals you do you also regen mana from your passive mana from healing buff or is that just from outside healing? Being Ally I only get healed when I've screwed up so not really sure.

A. being ally no longer makes a difference, SoM ^.^

B. only outside healing triggers SA

DS counts as selfheal just like if you'd cast holy light on yourself no mana would come from SA.
