Does anybody know of an addon that keeps track of procs like maelstrom weapon, holy concentration etc. etc?

Good find on Procmeter. Recount and WWS are going to be the best you can get if you know how to use them properly.

proc meter doesnt work in WOTLK beta or ptr...
recount seems to be ABLE to track these things, but i can't get it to work....

so proc meter worked for about 20 minutes, and then it broke again.. any suggestions?
i want to know how many times my trinkets proc per minute.

You want one called procwatch, cant remember where i got it from but it works on current build.
